Pesto & Mozzarella Chicken Burgers


The combination of pesto and mozzarella make these burgers memorable.

SERVES: 3
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

3 (1/3 pound each) Gold'n Plump Chicken Patties, Original Flavor
3 (4 ounce) ciabatta rolls bread, halved horizontally
1/3 cup prepared pesto sauce
Freshly ground pepper to taste
3 slices (3 ounces) Mozzarella cheese

Directions

	Step 1: Heat grill to medium-high heat.

	Step 2: Place frozen chicken patties on greased grill rack. Cook about 7 minutes per side or until browned and no longer pink in center.

	Step 3: To assemble each burger, spread both cut sides of ciabatta with pesto. Season bottom half with pepper, top with chicken and cheese. Top with second half of roll.
